Opened in September 2005, GEMS Royal Dubai School offers a high quality education from Foundation Stage to Year 6. The Alpha School is an inclusive school where each child is valued as an individual and is encouraged to reach their full potential. Our Learning Support Team welcome children who have additional learning needs and develop individual plans to suit their requirements. For some, this will be a short-term plan to overcome a particular barrier, whilst for others there may be the need for ongoing support. Where children are identified, or have been assessed, as having an additional need, our team will work with the child, their parents and any outside agencies involved to develop an individual education plan (IEP).
