Lieutenant General Dhahi Khalfan Tamim, Deputy Chief of Police and General Security in Dubai and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Saeed Ahmed Lootah Charity Foundation, and H.E. Eng. The announcement will take place during Dubai Medical University’s White Coat Ceremony for incoming students.
